Thank you for visiting SuperPrintable.com (“company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Refund and License Policy explains the terms that apply to all digital downloads, printables, and membership products available on our website https://www.superprintable.com.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any content from our Website, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold or offered on SuperPrintable.com are digital goods — including printables, worksheets, templates, and activity packs.

No physical items are shipped. Once a digital file has been downloaded or delivered to you, it cannot be “returned.” Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please ensure you review the product description carefully before purchasing or downloading. If you experience a technical issue accessing a file, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll gladly assist you to resolve it.

2. License Terms

When you purchase or download a product from SuperPrintable.com, you are purchasing a license to use that product — not ownership of the design or content.

There are two types of licenses depending on your use:

Personal Use License (default)

  • You may print and use the files for your personal, household, or classroom use.
  • You may share printed copies within your immediate family or classroom setting.
  • You may not sell, redistribute, or share the digital files.
  • You may not upload our files to any website, file-sharing platform, or app.

Commercial Use License (if specified or purchased)

  • Allows limited commercial use according to the license description (for example, selling physical prints, craft projects, or classroom kits incorporating our designs).
  • You must not sell, license, or distribute the digital files themselves.
  • You may not use our content in AI datasets, print-on-demand platforms, resale bundles, or any app without written consent.

Unless explicitly stated, all products are under personal use license only.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

Because of the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded, accessed, or emailed to you.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • You purchased the same item multiple times accidentally, and the duplicate has not been downloaded.
  • There is a technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing your purchase, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Product Access and Delivery

After completing your purchase or free download:

  • You will receive a link or file download immediately on-screen and/or via email.
  • Ensure you download and back up your files promptly. We cannot guarantee permanent storage or access after purchase.
  • It is your responsibility to have compatible software to open and print the files (e.g., PDF reader, ZIP extractor).

We are not responsible for printing errors, software issues, or system incompatibilities on your device.

5. Membership Access

If you have a SuperPrintable Membership, you gain access to members-only digital content.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.
  • You may cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • After cancellation or expiration, you’ll lose access to all premium downloads and member-exclusive materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All files, printables, designs, and artwork on SuperPrintable.com are protected by copyright law.
You may not claim, resell, distribute, or use them in derivative works without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
